Joseph was very responsive, performing the inspection on very short notice. He was punctual, thorough and very detail oriented. He also took time to explain his findings to my wife and me on the spot. He shared knowledge of the trades and what it might take to correct some of his findings. I think he will also be a good source of referrals for the certified contractors that we might need to use. The report was also very organized and easy to understand. My realtor (with 30+ years of experience) was also impressed and will refer clients to Monaco Home Inspections as well. Lastly, I think the service as very reasonably priced.
